You've built real expertise. What you want is a business that pays you well for being exactly who you are.
You've built real expertise. What you want is a business that pays you well for being exactly who you are.
You've built real businesses at a high level. Led launches, built platforms, made other people's work land. You're not discouraged. You're managing fine. That's almost the problem. You've reached the top of whatever you were climbing and found there's no map for what comes next.
So you keep reaching for the next program, the next certification. Each one promises the business you actually want, the one that pays you well for being exactly who you are. None of them deliver it. They were built for someone else's wiring.
The thing only you can build sits unbuilt. Not for lack of effort. You already built the expertise. You just haven't built the business that runs on it.
What stands in your way doesn't look like a problem. It looks like a good reason.
Eight weeks, built around a calibrated Resonance Compass that's yours by the end.
01 — A 90-minute Resonance Compass Calibration with Macy
Your full diagnostic, before the cohort begins. Most people leave it with language for something they've always known but could never quite name.
02 — Eight weekly group sessions, 90 minutes each
Walking every decision in order: your felt resonance first, then your IP and content, how you make money, how you connect, and where your work lives.
03 — Weekly office hours
For refinement and momentum between group sessions.
04 — A second 90-minute 1:1 with Macy
Scheduled any time from week five through the end of the cohort. This session synthesizes what's emerged.
05 — Your Resonance Compass document
Delivered and walked through in your final 1:1. The decision making filter you keep and use long after the cohort ends.
Group momentum.
Individual depth.
For more than a decade I built massive platforms for other people. I was the one behind the scenes who could see exactly what a business needed and make the strategic calls that unlocked growth for who they actually were.
I told myself my expertise only counted in service of the experts I worked for. That I was the one who made their work land, not someone with work of my own.
Somewhere along the way it stopped being true. I wasn't just making their work land anymore. I had my own, and I kept standing in the helper role anyway. Staying behind the scenes looked like service. It looked like humility. That's exactly why it took me so long to see it. I'd stopped being the helper. I'd become the expert, and I was still hiding behind my clients.
What finally cracked it open was watching the people I'd helped. These were brilliant, accomplished people. The only thing standing between them and the sidelines was that they'd given themselves permission to be visible and build businesses based around who they truly were. So I built the work I now take people through, and turned it on myself. The proof had been there all along.
A trained singer doesn't fill a hall by getting louder. She finds the one frequency the orchestra isn't playing, and lets her voice resonate there. The year I stopped straining to match someone else's pitch and tuned to my own was the highest-revenue year I've ever had. Not because I pushed harder. Because I finally stopped competing in a frequency that was never mine.
I'm not going to pretend I tuned myself once and it stuck. Most days I still catch myself straining to match the room. So I turn the Compass on myself again. That's not failing at the work. That's the work.
That's the room I'm inviting you into when you join the Conservatory.
